As an agent appointed by NZTA (New Zealand Transport Agency) in 1998, RCNZL is responsible for ensuring correct repair methods are followed for all vehicles we inspect. Our sole responsibility is to ensure occupant safety at all times.
If you need your vehicle certified because it has been imported damaged, has fallen out of registration or has been involved in an accident and you want to ensure it is repaired correctly RCNZL can help. Our company has over 30 years Panelbeating experience along with over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. As we no longer have our own Panelbeating shop we can assure all our customers of total independence.
As part of our process we discuss what repairs are required with yourself and your repairer. Digital imaging is taken at the beginning, during repair and after repair prior to painting to ensure damages have been repaired back to manufacturer specifications and in line with current repair rules set by NZTA.
RCNZL is audited by NZTA every 2 years and part of this audit is to ensure we undertake continual training. With this training we keep up to date with manufacturer requirements, approved aftermarket methods and best trade practices.
